I had a favorite book when I was a young girl that I used to check out at the library. I have tried before to figure out what it was because I didn’t know the title. Today I hit the jackpot with the following google search:
“book about a pig and a window seat left behind by her family”
I found the book, Poinsettia & Her Family by Felicia Bond published in 1985. I was so excited I almost cried! I have ordered myself a copy and can’t wait to read it and read it to my children.
