Today I’m sharing something fun that came in the mail to my family. It’s called The Happy Family Box from The Happy Family Box. This interactive treasure chest was created by Familius Publishing. Each month this cool company puts together a box with books, activities, parenting ideas, fun kid crafts, and even a treat for Mom! It’s bringing our family closer together a little more, I’m possibly thinking of getting some custom bobbleheads made for all of us, how funky would that be? A miniature bobblehead family!
The book, A Beauty Collected, is gorgeous and fun for all ages as it goes through the alphabet with unique photographs of nature. My kids from age 3-15 enjoyed this book and so did I. đŸ™‚
We’ve had a lot of fun with the weekly activities this month. It’s handy how each week is in a separate ziploc bag with instructions and ideas. I enjoyed reading The 9 Habits to Happy Families. They have some excellent tips, many of which we do in our family, and others that we would like to do more of!
April is a fun month because there is so much potential for growth in nature: seeds, plants, animals AND in our family.
Our Happy Family Box included a packet of seeds, compacted soil, and planting cups to start growing flowers.
I loved having these “done for you” activities ready to go. I’m looking forward to ordering another Happy Family Box because I’m excited to see what they come up with for summertime.
